Check-In & Check-Out
The rooms & suites are available from 03 p.m. on your arrival day and can be used until 11 a.m. on your departure day. If you arrive early or depart late, you are welcome to use the changing room and luggage storage facility - means you can comfortably enjoy the first or last day of your vacation. If you like to arrive earlier and the room is already ready, you can, of course, move into the room. If you would like to extend your holiday, you may book a late check out (depending on the current booking situation). This costs a one-time fee.

How can a reservation be confirmed?
Just in a written version.

Deposit payment
In order to secure the booking we kindly ask you for a pre-payment of 30 % of the total amount - you can either transfer the money to our bank account or forward us your credit card details and expiry date and we deduct the amount.
The remaining balance is due at arrival. 

How can I pay on spot?
In cash, visa or mastercard

Cancellation policy:
more than 3 days before arrival, no cancellation fees
1 month before arrival we charge 30 % of the total amount 
1 week before arrival we charge 70 % of the total amount
Less than 7 days we do charge 100 % of the total amount (same procedure in case of NO SHOW or early departure).
We highly reccommend you to book a travel cancellation insurance.

Do you provide airport shuttle services?
With great pleasure we inform you, that we are offering a shuttle service - one of our bellboys pick you up at the airport in Salzburg (70 km), awaits you with a sign with your name on it and assists with the luggage (for a surcharge!).

Bike and e-Bike rental
We are offering brand new mountainbikes and e-Bikes for you. The mountainbike rental is free of any charges. For e-Bike rental we charge a small supplement. 

Can we use the SPA area on our arrival/departure day?
Of course you can use our well-being area complimentary.

Are dogs allowed?
Your four legged darling is warmly welcome in our hotel. The supplement would be € 17,00 per day (no food included).

Do you provide equipment for newborns?
On request we put a baby cot and a high chair at your entire disposal - certainly free of any charges.

Do we get toboggans arranged through the hotel?
Aks the reception staff because we happily provide toboggans. 

Is there a ski cellar to store the ski equipment in the hotel?
We offer state-of-the-art lockers in the basement.

How can I reach the next ski slope?
Opposite of the hotel there is the entry to SNOW SPACE SALZBURG (a chair lift takes you firstly up to the main slopes). Our hotel is located in the middle of one of Austria`s largest ski areas. 

Charging station for E-CARS
At the hotel we are offering a TESLA-charging station. 

Can you reccommend us some restaurants in the area?
We highly reccommend you our restaurant
Ciao Ciao by Almmonte
(main focus on italian food) and
ALMMONTE (highly awarded restaurant with gourmet cuisine -
5 minutes walking distance BUT we are offering a free shuttle service to the restaurant and
we bring you back as well after a lovely dinner).
