Check-In & Check-Out
The rooms & suites are available from 03 p.m. on your arrival day and can be used until 11 a.m. on your departure day. If you arrive early or depart late, you are welcome to use the changing room and luggage storage facility - means you can comfortably enjoy the first or last day of your vacation. If you like to arrive earlier and the room is already ready, you can, of course, move into the room. If you would like to extend your holiday, you may book a late check out (depending on the current booking situation). This costs a one-time fee.
How can a reservation be confirmed?
Just in a written version.
In order to secure the booking we kindly ask you for a pre-payment of 30 % of the total amount - you can either transfer the money to our bank account or forward us your credit card details and expiry date and we deduct the amount.
The remaining balance is due at arrival.
How can I pay on spot?
In cash, visa or mastercard
1 month before arrival we charge 30 % of the total amount
1 week before arrival we charge 70 % of the total amount
Less than 7 days we do charge 100 % of the total amount (same procedure in case of NO SHOW or early departure).
Cancellation protection INCLUSIVE RISK
For only € 6,- per room unit & booked day, our private travel cancellation insurance covers all cancellation costs caused by accident, illness or other serious personal reasons of the insured person. Cancellation up to 22 days BEFORE the planned arrival day is free of charge and 21 days BEFORE the planned arrival day a deductible in the amount of the 30% advance payment will be retained.
Cancellation protection RISK FREE
If you cannot start your planned journey or if you have to interrupt it, this is always unpleasant.
Because something unforeseen can always happen, the "risk-free" cancellation insurance covers you before & during your stay with only € 15,- costs per room unit & booked day, if you have to cancel unexpectedly or leave early.
Our tip: It is best to conclude your insurance package with your booking so that you can look forward to your trip without worries.
Do you provide airport shuttle services?
With great pleasure we inform you, that we are offering a shuttle service - one of our bellboys pick you up at the airport in Salzburg (70 km), awaits you with a sign with your name on it and assists with the luggage (for a surcharge!).
We are offering brand new E-Bikes for you - free of any charges up to 2 hours each day (depending on availability). In case you intend to rent the E-Bike for the entire day we charge a small supplement of EUR 30,00.
Can we use the SPA area on our arrival/departure day?
Of course you can use our well-being area complimentary.
Are dogs allowed?
Your four legged darling is warmly welcome in our hotel (for a small supplement of EUR 17,00/day).
Do you provide equipment for newborns?
For babies, cribs and high chairs can be provided upon request and free of any charges.
Is there a storage for the ski equipment & MTB in the hotel?
We offer state-of-the-art lockers in the basement.
How can I reach the next ski slope?
Opposite of the hotel there is the entry to SNOW SPACE SALZBURG (a lift takes you firstly up to the main slopes). Our hotel is located in the middle of one of Austria`s largest ski areas. SKI IN & SKI OUT.

At the hotel we are offering a TESLA-charging station.

(main focus on italian food) and
ALMMONTE (highly awarded restaurant with gourmet cuisine -
5 minutes walking distance BUT we are offering a free shuttle service to the restaurant and
we bring you back as well after a lovely dinner).
