All our facilities will be open to you. The pool, sauna and infrared cabine are regularly accessible, as the virus is not resistant to chlorine, high temperatures and high humidity. According to the current situation we have changed the cancellation conditions - improved and adapted for you. You may put travel uncertainties into our hands - for all bookings until 11.4.2021 you have the possibility to cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your planned arrival. According to this, 90% of the total package price is cancellation costs to be paid (this also applies to NO SHOW and early departure).
Deposits paid (approx. 30 % of the total amount of accommodation) will be credited to your customer account if you are unable to travel due to private events. In the event of official border closures or lockdowns, no cancellation costs are payable - the deposit paid (approx. 30% of the lodging fee) will be returned in full.
