CHECK-IN
- Your luxurious room or suite will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
- If you arrive before 3:00 pm, we will be happy to store your luggage. We invite you to enjoy a glass of champagne in our hotel bar, take a walk through Wagrain, hit the ski slopes or soak up the sun on our terrace until your room is ready.
CHECK-OUT
- You can enjoy your room until 11:00 am on the day of your departure.
- If you would like to use our Premium Spa, simply use the bathrobe and towels provided in your suite. We will be happy to store your luggage if would like to spend the day of your departure in or around Wagrain. Late check-out is available for a fee and is subject to availability!

DEPOSIT
- To secure your reservation, please inform us of your credit card details after booking. Your card will not be charged at that time, but it will be used to secure your booking. It will be charged in cases of late cancellation, or if you do not show on the arrival date you have booked.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?
According to the situation, we have improved and adjusted the cancellation conditions for you.
All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. After April 30th, 2023, free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival.

Advance payments made will be credited to your customer account if you are unable to travel due to events.
In the event of official border closures, travel warnings or a lockdown by your home country, there are no cancellation costs to be paid. The deposit remains in your customer account.

- We warmly welcome four-legged friends. We charge € 21.00 per day for dogs.

- We have new e-bikes for hire. Don't have sculpted legs like a professional cyclist? No problem, take an e-bike!
- Free hire, limited to 2 hours | all-day e-bike hire: € 38.00
- Our reception team will be happy to inform you of great nearby tours for you to try.
CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CARS
- We have a charging station in our underground garage. This is freely available for hotel guests (please register in advance).
