- Your luxurious room or suite will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
- If you arrive before 3:00 pm, we will be happy to store your luggage. We invite you to enjoy a glass of champagne in our hotel bar, take a walk through Wagrain, hit the ski slopes or soak up the sun on our terrace until your room is ready.
- You can enjoy your room until 11:00 am on the day of your departure.
- If you would like to use our Premium Spa, simply use the bathrobe and towels provided in your suite. We will be happy to store your luggage if would like to spend the day of your departure in or around Wagrain. Late check-out is available for a fee and is subject to availability!
HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY BOOKING?
- To secure your reservation, please inform us of your credit card details after booking. Your card will not be charged at that time, but it will be used to secure your booking. It will be charged in cases of late cancellation, or if you do not show on the arrival date you have booked.

- We prefer cash, but we also accept Visa, Master Card and debit cards.
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT CANCELLATION POLICY?
- To keep up with the current situation, we have once again improved and adapted our cancellation conditions so you can place any travel uncertainties in our hands.
- For all summer bookings (until 31.10.2021), cancellations can be made for free up to 24 hours before your planned arrival.
- For all 2021/22 winter bookings (until 30.04.2022), cancellations can be made for free up to 7 days before your planned arrival.
After this point, 100% of the total booking price will be charged as a cancellation cost. This also applies to no-shows and early departures.
- Any deposit paid will be credited to your customer account if events prevent you from travelling.
- In the event of official border closures, travel alerts or a lockdown in your home country, no cancellation fees will be charged. The deposit paid will remain on your customer account.
- In the event of a travel alert or a lockdown in Austria, your deposit will be returned in full.
- Please note: all cancellations must be made in writing. Thank you for your understanding!
DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?
- We warmly welcome four-legged friends. We charge € 21.00 per day for dogs.

- We have new e-bikes for hire. Don't have sculpted legs like a professional cyclist? No problem, take an e-bike!

- Our reception team will be happy to inform you of great nearby tours for you to try.
CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CARS
- We have a charging station in our underground garage. This is freely available for hotel guests (please register in advance).
